THINGS TO DO IN MADAI :

· Satpura Jungle Safari - The unique feature about this National park in Madai is that one has to cross a river (Denwa) to go to the other side for Safari Gate; which offers an exciting experience of boating ride before going for wildlife safari. Satpura Tiger Reserve is an important habitat for the protection of tiger and home to 52 species of Mammals, 31 species of Reptiles and arboreal mammals like Flying Squirrel, Indian Giant Squirrel, Leaf-nosed bats and otters.

· Activities at Core zone - Enjoy pollution free activities like cycling, canoeing and trekking which are allowed inside the park; which is not possible in any other National Park in India - unique features of this National Park.

· Bird Watching - Watch out for more than 400 species of birds, out of which 14 are endangered and some migratory birds too.

· Crocodile Safari - Enjoy a Canoe ride for Crocodile safari to spot crocodiles resting on the banks of river Denwa in large numbers, aged as old as 300-400 years, as long as 20 feet tall !

· Early check in / late checks out is subject to availability of rooms. In Chardham sector maximum hotels are preferring 12:00 Noon Check in & check out timing.

· All sightseeing mentioned is subject to weather conditions, political conditions & traffic conditions in the destination.

· Any sightseeing missed due to natural calamities / weather conditions / for any unforeseen reasons is non-refundable or non-adjustable.

· Deposit of 25% of the package cost at the time of booking.

· Need 50% payment of the package cost, 30 days prior to departure date

· Need 100% payment of the package cost, 15 days prior to departure date.

CANCELLATION POLICY

· 25% of full tour cost - 30 days prior to arrival.

· 50% of full tour cost - between 20 & 29 days prior to tour.

· 75% of full tour cost - between 19 & 10 days prior to tour.

· 100% - within 9 days prior to tour.

Itinerary

Day 1 : PIPARIYA – PACHMARHI (55 Km/1 – 2 hrs)

Arrive at Pipariya railway station. Get transferred to Pachmarhi on arrival check in Hotel and relax. Rest of the day is at leisure. Situated at a mounting height, Pachmarhi, popularly known as 'Satpuraki Rani' (Queen of Satpura) sits beautifully amidst the Satpura range. This attractive hill station surrounded with aroma of wet sand, rich flora and fauna, natural waterfall, natural pools and windy evenings, canyons, cave temples and the forested ranges of the Satpura Tiger Reserve, and offers a refreshing escape from Heat .It is one of the most beautiful destination to visit in monsoon in the heart of Incredible India and is a treasure trove of rich history and nature's bounty. Overnight stay in Pachmarhi.

Day 2 : PACHMARHI

After breakfast, go for full day local sightseeing of Pachmarhi in open gypsy to visit places non entry points (without forest permit) Later, return back to hotel for overnight stay in Pachmarhi.

Day 3 : PACHMARHI

After breakfast, go for full day local sightseeing of Pachmarhi in open gypsy to visit forest entry points. From spiritual sites, gushing waterfalls to panoramic vantage points, Pachmarhi has something for everyone. Besides scenic beauty, you can enjoy adventure activities like jeep safari in Satpura tiger reserve and para-motoring in the heart of Pachmarhi to add more thrill to your trip. Later, Return back to hotel for overnight stay in Pachmarhi.

Day 4 : PACHMARHI – MADAI (100 Km/ 2 to 3 hrs)

Morning after breakfast, checkout of hotel and proceed to Madai. Magical Madai the raw wilderness and absolute tranquility of Madai reserve forest offers scenic escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. It delights you with its rich wildlife, sprawling meadows, unending backwaters and spell- binding view that leave you awestruck. On arrival check in at the hotel and relax.

Day 5 : MADAI – PIPARIYA (44 kms/1 hrs)

Optional: Early morning go for Morning buffer zone Jungle Safari at Satpura National Park. Satpura tiger reserve is an important habitat for the protection of tiger and home to 52 species of Mammals, 31 species of Reptiles and arboreal mammals like flying squirrel, Indian giant squirrel, leaf – nosed bats and otters. The unique feature about this national park in Madai is that one has to cross a river to go to the other side for the gate. Which offers and exciting experience of boating before going for wildlife safari. Later back to the hotel and checkout from the hotel , it’s time to say goodbye to Madhya Pradesh as your journey ends here. Time to head home; drop at the Pipariya railway station.
